Ira Rott: Knitting and Crochet is a tradition of my family, passed on from generations... I have been crocheting since I was about 10 y.o... That time I was very anxious to discover new stitches and techniques and I learned from my mom, grandma, great grandma and vintage magazines. Being a kid I made a lot of things by myself following pictures and charts. My crocheted lace doilies were showcased at exhibitions in my school all the time... I started designing when my daughter was born, she is my biggest inspiration. With over 20 years of experience and 9 years designing, I have been privileged to have my designs featured in various magazines.
